Come to Chefs your favorite bistro, your last dinner of the Year.Serving our regular Lunch and Dinner menu with gourmet specials.to include Guinness braise Kobe short ribs with faggot sauce and cauliflower puree,Lobster and Crab stuffed wild rock fish filet with a lobster infused red wine sauce,potato mousseline, garlic spinach,herb Dijon crusted Colorado lamb rack, cheese polenta, asparagus-garlic lamb jus ,seafood risotto with saffron and peas, caviar with smoke salmon,assorted oysters.

- Chef’s Cooking Class
Chef’s Cooking Class every other Saturday from 1:30-4pm priced at $45.95 per person to include demonstration and student participation, 3 course meal to be prepared, plated and enjoyed by the participants.
- Happy Hour
7 days a week starting at 4pm to 7pm at the Bar/Lounge every day. $4.00 Appetizers, Tapas and Mezzes. ½ price martinis, $5.00 Glass wines, $2.00 draft beers, $2.00 domestic bottle beers and ½ price mix drinks.
- Free Live Jazz and Disc Jockey
Friday and Saturday, 8pm till 12am at the After Hours Lounge.
- Monday
1/2 price bottle of wine and Roast beef of local organic steamship Round with au jus,horseradish sauce and rolls for $16.95 per person all night.
- Tuesday
Tuesdays are Two for $30.00 Three Course dinner-You pick a shared appetizer choice of Two Entrees with sides and a dessert.
- Wednesday
Ladies night and ladies pay only $5.00 for all martinis, wines by the glass and mix drinks, plus 20% off entire food bill for Ladies only.
- Thursday/Sunday
Customers choice of any 3 course menu items to include one choice of dessert from regular dinner menu for $22.95 per person.
